The distinctive character of this cheese is the aroma of smoke, which is obtained by the natural smoking of cheese from beechwood. The aroma of beechwood gives the cheese exceptional savory. The yellow marble coloured cheese is characterized by a strong smell, exceptional flavour and a smooth texture.
