The chorizo spices consists of a mix of specially cultivated red peppers, which are traditionally dried and smoked straight after harvest. The Italian summer truffle makes this product very exclusive. A real aperitif cheese!

History and uniqueness

This cheese with a fat percentage of 50% is ripened naturally between 4 and 10 weeks. This gives it its soft and creamy taste. The Mediterranean spices however, give it a complete different taste experience. It tastes somewhat spicy, without being too overwhelming.

Food

You can eat it at any time of the day, but it’s mainly used as an appetizer cheese. Serve it on a cheese platter together with other types of cheeses, dips or put it on toast combined with some grilled vegetables. Of course it also tastes great on bread, if you like a somewhat spicy cheese at breakfast or lunch.
