Pata De Cabra is a Spanish table cheese made from pasteurized goats milk. This pure goat’s milk cheese reflects it’s homeland with it’s full, exotic flavour. This cheese possesses a herringbone weave pattern on its orange rind which is typically associated with Spanish cheeses. Aged for approximately 2 months, this cheese has an ivory coloured pate and a semi firm texture, woodsy taste with undertones of hazelnuts and almonds.
