History and uniqueness

Hijos de Salvador Rodríguez S.A. (a cheese producer company named after the famous cheesemaker in Spain) created a set of cheeses made up of 6 Spanish cheeses of the "Flavors Cheese El Pastor de la Polvorosa". One of them is "Queso de Cabra Semicurado al vino tinto". This semi-hard goat's milk cheese is kept dipped in a red wine for several days. It gives him an exclusive violet-reddish outside colour and a clear special flavour and aroma when the taste of fresh goats milk mixes with the wonderful aroma of wine.
