Dolce Italia more than 25 years successfully produces high quality confectionery products. One of them is tiramisu - an elegant and rich, the most popular Italian dessert. Its name translated from Italian means "raise me up." It is believed that this dessert appeared in the XVII century. Dessert was born in Siena, Toscana region, and was dedicated to the Duke Cosimo III de 'Medici, his stay in honour of the Siena. The Siena confectionery masters decided that they need to create a dessert that reflects the character of the Duke. The recipe was shared with confectionery masters of Florence, Treviso and Veneto regions, because the dessert all really liked.
