Spicy aromatic soft cheese coated with Camembert mould. Evenly refined with paprika & jalapeno. Made from the best Bavarian milk. Lactose-free due to natural ripening. Outer appearance - slightly reddish, closed bark, with Camembert mould. Interior appearance - white up to creamy yellow paste, possibly small fraction holes, uniformly coated with paprika and jalapeno. Consistency – smooth in ripened condition. Odour and taste - slight sharpness.
