It is high quality grill cheese which is full-bodied cheese with a juicy consistency that can be grilled and roasted perfectly without melting. It is made according to the original recipe by Klaus Rücker himself. In addition, it consists of 100% northern German coastal farmer's milk. There are two flavors of this cheese: natural and herbal taste. It is a delicious side dish or alternative to meat for grill fans and pan fans.

This cheese is produced with the greatest care in family dairy in Aurich, East Frisia, cheese is made exclusively from milk from farms that are a maximum of 80 km from the coast – guaranteed fresh milk from the coast for real cheese enjoyment.

Simply put on the grill with steaks, sausages, potatoes or other vegetables. Or taste it with a light tomato carpaccio, basil and fresh bread – gourmets need nothing more!

Pair it with Riesling or Chenin Blanc, a light red Beaujolais-Villages or Napa Gamay or even a dry Tavel Rose from the Rhone Valley of France.
